I have been representing clients in worker’s compensation claims, social security disability claims, and personal injury claims since 1985. Prior to opening my law practice in Everett, I was a trial attorney with the Seattle Public Defender from 1976 to 1980 and then an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Washington representing the Department of Labor and Industries from 1980 to 1985. I was raised in Pennsylvania and attended Tufts University. I then moved west and graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University Law School) in 1976. Prior to Law School I served as a Naval Officer for four years spending time on destroyers and spent a year as an advisor to the South Vietnamese Navy during the Vietnam War.
I became a member of the Washington State Bar Association in 1976, I am a member of the Snohomish County Bar, and I am also a member of the Washington State Association for Justice. I have enjoyed working for the community and have been on the Board of Directors of Evergreen Manor treatment facility in Everett for many years. I also volunteer weekly at the Snohomish Library. In my spare time I enjoy golfing, gardening on my farm, traveling with my wife, Diana Lee, and spending time with my daughter, Katherine Taylor.
